Paco Sandejas, Ph.D. is the Managing Partner of NarraVC. He also serves as the Managing Director of BGN Ventures, a Philippine-based management and consulting company focused on technology ventures in the same space as NarraVC.

Ernie Tarroza is NarraVC’s Senior Technology Associate. He has extensive experience in managing technical teams and has strong skills in analyzing customers and business requirements. Ernie has 18 years of solid experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) and is skilled in project and bid management.

Tony Pio de Roda is a consultant for Philippine IT projects with Narra Venture Capital. He is a senior executive armed with 26 years worth of experience working with various multinationals in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Tony’s strengths include team leadership, sales and marketing of ICT products and services, and the ability to represent an organization to corporate clients and the general business community.

Cenon Oriel is the Finance Manager at Narra Venture Capital. He previously worked in the same position with Datamine Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh McLennan, and TNS Trends.

Joy Olarte is NarraVC’s accountant. Before joining NarraVC, she was the Sales Operations Management Supervisor-Batangas at IDS Marketing (Philippines), Inc-Philip Morris Division.

Nicole Paterno handles the marketing and business development for Narra Venture Capital. She has almost a decade’s worth of experience as a development manager, working with NGOs in the fields of education, environment, transparency & accountability, and corporate social responsibility. Her non-profit work dealt mostly with fund raising, research (writing and analysis), and project management. She has worked with the Makati Business Club, Ateneo de Manila University, the League of Corporate Foundations, Pera at Pulitika (PAP), and Synergeia Foundation.

Aussie Gutierrez is the Executive Assistant at Narra Venture Capital. She started as a Research Assistant under the Corporate Planning Division of Pilipinas Bank conducting field research and monitoring industry updates. She went on to become Administrative Assistant in the same institution with the Branch Marketing and Administrative Division taking care of sending out regular situation reports on each of the bank branches and surveying banking industry rates.
